摘　　要：介绍一种全自动阻燃防护服火焰蔓延性测试仪。以HMI工业人机界面、PLC逻辑控制器、步进电机控制单元、数字编码器、UV火焰长度探测装置、质量流量控制器为核心部件,配合开发的专用操作软件,实现了表面燃烧和底部边缘燃烧两种测试方法的全自动控制,火焰长度的自动探测调节,燃烧器位置和角度的全自动控制,自动计时控制系统,提高了仪器的技术指标精度,保证了试验结果的准确稳定,为阻燃面料火焰蔓延性能的检测提供了可靠手段。A fully automatic flame retardant protective clothing flame spread tester was introduced.HMI indus⁃trial man-machine interface,PLC logic controller,stepper motor control unit,digital encoder,UV flame length detec⁃tion device and mass flow controller were taken as the core components.Combining development of special operating software,two test methods of surface burning and bottom edge burning were realized fully automatic control,adjust⁃ment of flame length,automatic control of burner position&angle and automatic timing control system.Accuracy of the instrument technology indicators was improved,accuracy and stability of test results were ensured,which provid⁃ed reliable means of flame retardant clothing flame spread detection.
