摘　　要：共享单车在我国已经历多轮共享经济体发展与洗牌过程,各大共享企业的经济运营喜忧参半,但关于共享单车经济体运营在经济学方面的剖析尚未明确。文章基于新制度经济学基本原理,在国家倡导大数据、互联网+及人工智能等理念下,剖析共享单车经济体运营新制度经济的现象与规律。研究成果为我国共享单车的可持续发展提供了理论基础,为共享经济体投入市场及后续运营决策提供借鉴。Shared bike has gone through several rounds of development and reshuffle of sharing economy in China.And the economic operation of major sharing enterprises is mixed,but the economic analysis of bike-sharing economy operation is not clear yet.Based on the basic principles of new institutional economics and under the concepts of big data,internet plus and artificial intelligence advocated by the state,this paper analyzes the phenomena and laws of bike-sharing economy operating new institutional economy.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the sustainable development of shared bikes in China,and provide reference for the input into the market and subsequent operation decisions of sharing economies.
