摘  要:目的:探讨混合现实技术在胸腔穿刺术实践教学中的应用,通过教学方法的改革与考核的反馈促进临床医学教学中实践技能教学的改革。方法:将我院2018级76名规培医师作为研究对象,在临床技能培训中分为MR教学组和传统教学组分别进行操作练习,1学时后进行阶段考核。第2学时两组交叉,练习结束进行最终考核。考核结束后对两种授课方式进行满意度调查。结果:第一阶段考核,MR教学组平均成绩、合格率均高于传统教学组。交叉练习后最终考核两组见成绩无明显差异,但MR教学对成绩的提升高于传统教学(10.86±4.11 vs 4.58±2.63,p<0.0001)。MR教学组的学员满意度高于传统教学。结论:MR教学可提高胸腔穿刺术的教学效率,提高学员满意度,是未来进一步在医学实践教学中开展虚拟仿真教学的方向。This paper tries to explore the application of mixed reality technology in thoracentesis teaching,and promote the reform of practical skills teaching in clinical medical teaching through the reform of teaching methods and feedback of assessment.76 resident doctors of grade 2018 in our hospital were taken as the research object.In clinical skills training,they were divided into MR teaching group and traditional teaching group to perform operation exercises,and stage assessment was performed after the 1st class hour.In the 2nd class hour,the two groups crossed,and the final assessment was made at the end.After the assessment,a satisfaction survey was conducted.The result shows that in the 1st stage assessment,the average score and pass rate of the MR teaching group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group.After the cross-training,there was no significant difference between the two groups,however,MR teaching improved the scores more than traditional teaching(10.86±4.11 vs 4.58±2.63,p<0.0001).The student satisfaction score of MR teaching group is higher than traditional teaching.This study concludes that MR teaching can improve the teaching efficiency of thoracentesis and improve student satisfaction,which is the direction of further virtual teaching in practical teaching.
