骨髓增生异常综合征合并骨髓纤维化7例骨髓活检分析

摘　　要：分析骨髓增生异常综合征合并骨髓纤维化7例骨髓活检病患的临床表现和病理特点,进一步提高医生对骨髓增生异常综合征合并骨髓纤维化的认识。随机选取通渭县人民医院1997—2019年收治的骨髓增生异常综合征合并骨髓纤维化7例骨髓活检患者,采用骨髓穿刺涂片与切片组织结合的方法,利用图片细胞学检查中瑞特—姬姆萨染色技术,通过积分法对7例骨髓活检患者血象、肝脾肿大状况、骨髓涂片巨核细胞进行个体观察,得出7例骨髓活检患者中血象白细胞减少与出现幼红的人数均高,肝脾状况中无明显增大的人数占整体人数的6/7,骨髓涂片巨核细胞数量减少的人数多于巨核细胞数量增多的人数等一系列结论,并参考相关文献,总结7例患者的活检临床表现。结果表明,骨髓活检的效果显著,其结果对于指导医生治疗骨髓增生异常综合征合并骨髓纤维化具有积极意义。The research analyzed the clinical manifestation and pathological characteristics of 7 cases under bone marrow biopsy with myelodysplastic syndrome combined with myelofibrosis,in order to further improve the doctors’cognition of myelofysplastic syndrome combined with myelofibrosis.7 cases under bone marrow biopsy with myelodysplastic syndrome combined with myelofibrosis from 1997 to 2019 in Tongwei County People’s Hospital were randomly selected.Bone marrow aspiration smear and section tissue combination method was used,and Rhett Giemsa dyeing of picture cytologic examination technology was applied.Hemogram,hepatosplenomegaly situation and bone marrow smear megakaryocyte of 7 cases under bone marrow biopsy were observed.It is found that the number of people who had leukopenia was large,of who had hepatosplenomegaly situation accounting for 6/7 of the total number,and of who had bone marrow smear megakaryocyte number decreasing larger than of who had megakaryocyte number increasing.Clinical manifestations of 7 patients were summarized through related literature.The effect of bone marrow biopsy was significant,and there was significant meaning in guiding the doctors’treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome combined with myelofibrosis.
