摘　　要：PPP项目全过程工程造价咨询风险因素评估具有重要意义,其能够提升造价咨询的安全性、有助于提升造价控制的有效性。为做好PPP项目全过程造价咨询工作,分析了PPP项目全过程造价咨询风险因素评估措施,包括造价委托过程中的评估措施、业务启动过程中的评估、造价咨询过程中的风险因素评估、造价咨询结束过程中的风险因素评估。提出了风险因素评估注意事项:应明确具体的评估工作标准,筛选最佳的风险因素控制措施,打造优质的人才队伍,强化风险因素评估技术的研发。Risk factor assessment of overall process engineering cost consultation of PPP Project has important significance.It can improve the safety of cost consultation,and it is beneficial to improve the efficiency of cost control.In order to do well in overall process engineering cost consultation of PPP Project,the research analyzes the countermeasures of risk factor assessment of overall process engineering cost consultation of PPP Project,including the assessment measures during cost delegation,assessment during business start,risk factor assessment during cost consulting,and risk factor assessment during the terminate procedure of cost consultation.Notes of risk factor assessment are proposed,including clarifying specific assessment standard,selecting best risk factor control measures,constructing high-quality talent team,and strengthening the research and development of strengthening risk factor assessment technology.
