摘 要:【目的】针对现有翻抛机存在翻抛深度浅、单向翻抛和垫料混合不均匀等问题,结合畜禽粪污异位发酵技术的特点,对槽式翻抛机关键部件进行设计.【方法】以锄头式双向耙刀代替传统的旋切式耙刀,能实现双向翻抛且加大翻抛深度,最大翻抛深度可达1.6 m;对耙刀和滚筒组成的工作部件进行参数设计与静力学分析,运用ADAMS软件对耙刀3种排布方案进行运动仿真分析,得出奇偶四螺旋排列方式可以使翻抛机轴向方向受力均衡、运行平稳、减少振动.【结果】并以翻抛机翻抛深度、平整度以及单位能耗为指标进行试验,试验结果表明垫料在以奇偶四螺旋排列的锄头式双向耙刀翻抛后平整良好,所形成的表面纵向方向上凹凸量的偏差值不超过10 cm,且奇偶四螺旋排列的翻抛机单位能耗比对称双螺旋排列的翻抛机节省了11.4%.【结论】设计的新型槽式翻抛机关键部件能够有较好的翻抛性能.【Objective】In view of the problems of shallow turning depth,one-way turning and poor stability of the existing turning machine,combined with the characteristics of the ectopic fermentation technology of livestock and poultry manure,the key components of the trough-type turning machine are designed to be double-headed.【Method】Instead of the traditional rotary cutting boring tool,the blade can realize two-way turning and increase the turning depth,and the maximum turning depth can reach 1.6m.Parameter design and static analysis of the working parts composed of the boring tool and the roller,using ADAMS the software performs motion simulation analysis on the three arrangement schemes of the boring tool,and the parity four-helical arrangement can make the axial direction of the tumbling machine balance,stabilize the operation and reduce the vibration.【Result】The test was carried out with the throwing depth,flatness and unit energy consumption.The test results showed that the mat was flattened after the double-headed boring tool arranged in the odd-even spiral,and the surface was formed in the longitudinal direction.The deviation of the amount of concave and convex was not more than 10cm.In addition,the unit energy consumption of the parity four-helix array flipping machine could save 11.4%than the symmetrical double-helix array flipping machine.【Conclusion】The key components of the designed new grooved throwing machine have better turning performance.
