摘　　要：利用钢珠压簧结构设计了一种拉线卷筒快速定位装置。应用结果表明:更换拉线时间由改进前的90 s缩短至24 s,因拉线卷筒锁紧不到位导致的拉线使用故障频次由1.4次/周降至0次/周,有效提高了设备运行效率和产品包装质量的稳定性。This article utilizes the spring ball locking structure to design a fast tear-tape roll positioning device.The application results of this device show that the tear-tape roll replacement time of the operator’s is shortened from 90 s to 24 s,and the frequency of use failures caused by the inadequate locking of the tear-tape roll is reduced from 1.4/week to 0/week,which effectively improves the operation efficiency of equipment and the stability of cigarette packaging quality.
