摘　　要：“十四五”时期是上海实现2020年基本建成国际金融中心目标后,建设一流国际金融中心与支撑人民币国际化以及提升我国大国金融地位的战略机遇期。面对复杂多变的国际环境,结合上海金融中心建设中存在的问题与不足,“十四五”时期,上海要将建设国际金融中心与落实好国家重大战略任务紧密结合,扩大开放创新,打造基于人民币资产的一流国际金融中心,提升全球资源配置功能,构建优良金融生态系统,提升城市能级和核心竞争力,服务好国家发展改革大局。The“14th Five-Year Plan”period is a strategic opportunity period for Shanghai to build a first-class international financial center and support the internationalization of RMB and the financial status of China’s big country after it basically achieves the goal of building an international financial center in 2020.Facing the complex and ever-changing international environment,combined with the problems and shortcomings in the construction of Shanghai’s financial center,during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,Shanghai should closely integrate the construction of an international financial center with the implementation of major national strategic tasks,expand open innovation,build a first-class international financial center based on RMB assets,enhance the global resource allocation function,build an excellent financial ecosystem,enhance the city’s energy level and core competitiveness,and serve the overall situation of national development and reform.
