摘　　要：加快构建上海大都市圈区域合作机制,应强化目标共识,实现从区域一体化发展战略共识向上海大都市圈目标定位共识转变;强化市场主导,实现从市场化项目共建向系统构建区域协同发展支撑平台转变;强化优势互补,实现从比较优势发挥向营造区域利益共享及资源互惠机制转变;强化统筹协商,实现从经贸、社会领域的协同向构建高效、有序、常态的空间协同机制转变。To speed up the construction of regional cooperation mechanism in Shanghai metropolitan area,we should strengthen the consensus on objectives and realize the transformation from the strategic consensus on regional integration development to the consensus on target positioning in Shanghai metropolitan area.Strengthen market leadership and realize the transformation from market-oriented project co-construction to systematic construction of regional coordinated development support platform;Strengthen the complementary advantages and realize the transformation from comparative advantage to regional benefit sharing and resource reciprocity mechanism;Strengthen overall consultation,and realize the transformation from cooperation in economic,trade and social fields to building an efficient,orderly and normal spatial coordination mechanism.
