区县级定点救治医院重症监护病房应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的应急措施

摘　　要：目的探讨县级定点救治医院重症医学科早期有效识别危重症患者的诊治措施。方法利用英国国家早期预警评分表、早期重症预警处置流程、科学收治转运流程等有效、早期识别危重症患者,及时进行救治及采取相关预防措施。结果2020年1月24日至2月20日该院发热门诊共接诊900例,疑似病例17例,确诊2例,医院内感染0例。结论英国国家早期预警评分表及早期重症预警处置流程能早期识别新型冠状病毒肺炎危重症患者,及时提供救治,同时,能为定点救治医院做好预诊、分诊,减轻其负担,有效节约医疗资源。Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment measures for early effective identification of severe patients in ICU of county level designated treatment hospital.Methods The United Kingdom National Early Warning Score,the Early Critical Warning Treatment Process and the Scientific Admission and Transfer Process,etc.were used to effectively early identify the critically ill patients,timely conduct the rescue and adopt related preventive measures.Results From January 24 to February 20,2020,there were total 900 cases in the fever outpatient of this hospital,including 17 suspected cases,2 cases of definite diagnosis and 0 case of nosocomial infections.Conclusion The United Kingdom National Early Warning Score and the Early Critical Warning Treatment Process can early identify severe patients with coronavirus disease 2019 and timely provide the treatment,meanwhile can do well in pre-diagnosis and triage for the designated hospitals,reduces their burden and effectively save the medical resources.
