摘 要:采用力学性能试验、金相分析、EBSD分析等方法,研究了不同压下率轧制的30 mm厚A1-6.5Zn-2.4Mg-2.3Cu-0.12Zr合金板材时效后组织性能变化。研究结果表明:轧制变形率达到64.7%时,30mm厚的合金板的1/4厚度层开始出现反常平面各向异性,1/2厚度层尚未出现;压下率超过70%时,1/2厚度层横向强度大于纵向强度,开始出现反常平面各向异性,即1/4厚度层在更小压下率条件下就开始出现反常平面各向异性;压下率60%的合金板的1/4厚度层变形织构(Brass、Copper和S)最多,增大压下率到77.8%时,Cube织构明显增多。The changes of structure and properties of 30 mm-thick Al-6.5 Zn-2.4 Mg-2.3 Cu-0.12Zr alloy plate rolled at different reductions after aging were studied by means of mechanical properties te st,metallographic analysis and EBSD analysis.The research results show that when the rolling deformation rate reaches 64.7%,anomalous plane anisotropy begins to appear in 1/4 thickness layer of 30 mm-thick alloy p late,but not in the 1/2 thickness layer;when the deformation rate exceeds 70%,the transverse strength of 1/2 thickness layer is greater than the longitudinal strength,and anomalous plane anisotropy begins to appear,that is,anom alous plane anisotropy begins to appear in 1/4 thickness layer at lower reduction.The deformation texture(Brass,Copper and S)of 1/4 thickness layer of alloy plate with 60%reduction is the most.When the deformation rate increases to 77.8%,the Cube texture increases obviously.
