摘　　要：随着国Ⅵ汽油质量标准正式实施和乙醇汽油逐步推广,碳四烷基化工艺越来越受到炼厂重视,它对高品质汽油生产不可或缺,并已成为提升炼厂副产碳四组分附加值的极佳选择。文章介绍了氢氟酸法烷基化、硫酸法烷基化、离子液体法烷基化、固体酸法烷基化技术的最新研究及应用进展,归纳了世界典型碳四烷基化技术的工艺特点及其改进,探讨了碳四烷基化装置的发展趋势。With the formal implementation of the nationalⅥgasoline quality standards and the gradual promotion of ethanol gasoline,the C4 alkylation process is receiving more and more attention from refineries,since it is essential to producing high-grade gasoline and an excellent choice to add value of C4 by-products for refineries.This paper is to review the latest researches and applications of hydrofluoric acid alkylation,sulfuric acid alkylation,ionic liquid alkylation and solid acid alkylation,outline the process characteristics and improvements of typical C4 alkylation technologies,and discuss the development trends of C4 alkylation units.
