摘　　要：分析水钢100 t转炉双渣法冶炼ER70S-6钢的缺点和单渣法冶炼的可行性,进行了单渣法冶炼实践。在实践中,通过热平衡分析,调整供氧制度、炉渣成分,使单渣法冶炼ER70S-6钢能顺利进行,同时提高了转炉炉龄。We analyzed disadvantages of double-slag steelmaking and feasibility of single-slag steelmaking of ER70S-6 in 100 t BOF(basic oxygen furnace)in Shuigang and practiced the single-slag steelmaking of ER70S-6.In the practice,by analyzing thermal equilibrium,adjusting oxygen-supplying intensity and slag composition,we made the single-slag steelmaking of ER70S-6 going well and meanwhile prolonged the life of BOF.
