摘　　要：从镀铝锌沉没辊的轴瓦材质、轴套材质以及轴瓦轴套的配合三个方面阐述了镀铝锌专用沉没辊轴瓦轴套材质对于其使用寿命的影响。介绍了轴瓦轴套的几种常见配置,阐述了不同系列司太立合金的优势,以及适用于镀铝锌生产的沉没辊轴瓦轴套材质及配合方式。This paper expounds the influence of the material of the bearing bush on the service life of the special sink roller from three aspects:the material of the bearing bush,the material of the bearing bush and the matching of the bearing bush.And introduces several common configurations of bearing bush,expounds the advantages of different series of stellite alloy,as well as the material and matching mode of sink roller bearing bush suitable for Galvalume production.
