摘　　要：众所周知,科技是第一生产力,是智能制造的基础,发展智能制造是我国制造业实现转型升级、建设制造强国的重要途径。科技的发展离不开科技资源的支撑,我国必须重视科技资源的建设,在贸易保护愈演愈烈的今天,为避免在信息情报和核心技术领域被以美国为首的国家“卡脖子”,国家科技资源文献战略保障的作用越来越明显,其为制造业发展创新、提高核心竞争力提供科技资源文献支撑,助力于我国工业的智能制造,发挥着越来越重要作用。As we all know,technology is the first productive force and the basis of intelligent manufacturing.The development of intelligent manufacturing is an important way for my country's manufacturing industry to transform and upgrade and build a strong manufacturing country.The development of science and technology is inseparable from the support of science and technology literature resources.China must attach importance to the construction of science and technology resources.Today,trade protection is becoming more and more important.In order to avoid being blocked by countries led by the United States in the field of information intelligence and core technology,the role of national scientific and technological resources literature strategic guarantee is becoming more and more obvious.It provides scientific and technological resource documentation support for the development and innovation of the manufacturing industry and improves core competitiveness.It helps the intelligent manufacturing of China's industry and plays an increasingly important role.
