酸甘生津方治疗原发性干燥综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察酸甘生津方治疗干燥综合征(SS)的疗效及其对体液免疫和细胞免疫的调节作用。方法:80例干燥综合征患者随机分为醋酸泼尼松治疗对照组和酸甘生津方治疗观察组,每组各40例。两组分别给予相应治疗6个月后,评定临床疗效;并且治疗前后记录口干、眼干评分,进行Schirmer’s试验,记录滤纸潮湿程度;同时进行血清IgG、IgA、IgM水平和T细胞亚群检测,ELISA法检测血清IL-2(白细胞介素-2)、IL-6(白细胞介素-6)含量。结果:酸甘生津方观察组临床疗效明显优于西药对照组(87.5%VS52.5%,P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者口干、眼干评分较治疗前明显降低,Schirmer’s试验的滤纸潮湿程度明显增加,血清IgG、IgA、IgM水平明显降低,IL-2明显升高,IL-6明显降低;上述变化观察组较对照组明显,均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。T细胞亚群检测结果显示酸甘生津方观察组治疗后CD+4明显升高,CD+8明显下降,CD+4/CD+8升高;对照组变化不明显。结论:酸甘生津方可明显减轻干燥综合征患者临床症状,调节免疫功能。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Sjogren Syndrome (SS) treated with Suangan Shengjin Decoction and the its regulation effects on humoral and cellular immunity.Methods:80 Cases with SS were divided into control group treated with Prednisone Acetete and observation group treated with Suangan Shengjin Decoction with each 40 cases,both groups were treated for 6 months,then evaluated the curative effect.Before and after treatment,clinical symptoms mouth and eye dry were recorded,Schirmer’s test was done,Serum IgG,IgM,IgA were determined,T lymphocyte subsets were determined by flow cytometry,serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels were determined by ELISA.Results:The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group(87.5%VS52.5%,P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of mouth and eye dry in the two groups were lowered significantly,Schirmer’s test result was increased,serum Ig G,Ig M,Ig A levels were decreased,IL-2was raised and IL-6 was reduced;the above changes in observation group were more significant than those in control group (P<0.05).T lymphocyte subsets determination results showed that CD4^+of observation group was increased,CD8^+was decreased and CD4^+/CD8^+was raised;there were no obvious changes of T lymphocyte subsets in control group.Conclusion:Suangan Shengjin Decoction can alleviate clinical symptoms of SS patients,regulate the disorder of immunologic function.
