摘 要:MTP(甲醇制丙烯)反应是近年来解决丙烯市场需求的极具发展潜力的生产方法。优化催化剂的研究始终都是工艺研究的重中之重。本文在微反应装置上,优选改性效果优异的金属两两组合,对催化剂ZSM-5进行双金属改性,并考察它对丙烯选择性的影响。实验得到以下结论:K/Ce、Ca/Ce、Mg/Ce双金属组合改性的催化剂,反应效果较好。实验结果可为制备丙烯的催化剂的优化提供依据。Production of propene from methanol(MTP)was a potential alternative method in comparison to the petroleum-based technology.In this study,binary metals components were used to modify the ZSM-5,and their improved influence for the propene selectivity was studied on a self-designed differential reactor.Catalytic data showed that the modification of binary components,such as K/Ce,Ca/Ce,or Mg/Ce,could effectively improve the selectivity.This conclusion was helpful to other studies for more effective MTP catalysts.
