高职图书馆专业馆员发展路径探析

摘　　要：专业馆员概念的提出对指导图书馆人员配置有着深远的影响。文章从专业馆员的定义出发,分析高职图书馆设置专业馆员的价值、意义以及目前国内高职图书馆专业馆员队伍的整体情况,并从角色定位、考核制度、培养方案制定、专业技术人才引进等四个方面探索高职图书馆专业馆员的发展路径。Rules and Regulation on Libraries in Institutions of Higher Education in 2015 divides the library staff into professional librarians and auxiliary librarians for the first time.The professional librarians have a profound influence on the future work of the college library.Starting from the definition of professional librarians,the paper analyzes the value and significance of setting up professional librarians in vocational libraries,and the current development status of professional librarians in domestic vocational libraries and the overall situation of the team of librarians.The paper explores the development path of professional librarians in vocational libraries in four aspects:librarian s role positioning,appraisal and examination system,hierarchical and classification training,and introduce professionals.
