三角形翻转真皮瓣在乳头内陷中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨三角形翻转真皮瓣在矫正先天性乳头内陷中的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月在海南省医学院第一附属医院整形美容外科门诊就诊的先天性乳头内陷患者10例(17侧),均为女性。设计三角形去表皮真皮复合组织瓣,松解牵拉短缩的乳头,形成贯通隧道,将真皮复合组织瓣翻转折叠固定于乳头下方,矫正乳头内陷。结果术后所有患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合,无切口感染,无乳头坏死,随访12个月,术后外观满意,无回缩复发。结论该术式操作简单,术后效果好,并发症少,可作为临床矫正乳头内陷的一种较理想方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of folded triangular dermal flap in the correction of congenital inverted nipple.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,10 female patients(17 sides)with inverted nipple who visited Plastic&Cosmetic Surgery Department,the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College,were collected.The shortened nipple was released and pulled to create a vertical tunnel deep to the central portion of the nipple,and then the designed folded triangular dermal flap(with epidermis removed)was fixed under the nipple to correct inverted nipple.Results All patients achieved healing duringⅠperiod,without infection or nipple necrosis,After 12 months of follow-up,all patients had satisfactory appearance and no recurrence of retraction.Conclusion This method is simple and effective to correct inverted nipple.
