磷酸奥司他韦联合小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒治疗患儿流行性感冒的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨流行性感冒给予磷酸奥司他韦联合小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒治疗对临床效果及不良反应的影响。方法选择本院2016年2月—2019年2月收治的80例流行性感冒患儿,随机分为2组,各40例。对照组给予小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒,观察组给予小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒联合奥司他韦治疗,比较2组临床症状改善时间、不良反应及临床疗效。结果观察组临床症状消失时间均短于对照组、不良反应率(5%)低于对照组(20%),且治疗总有效率(100%)高于对照组(85%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿流行性感冒给予小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒联合奥司他韦治疗疗效显著,可有效缩短退热、疲倦、咽痛及咳嗽消失时间,降低患儿不良反应发生率,促进患儿转归。Objective To investigate the effects of oral administration of oseltamivir phosphate combined with aminophen HuangnaMin granules on the clinical effects and adverse reactions of influenza.Methods From February 2016 to February 2019,80 children with influenza were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given paracetamol Huang Namin granules and the observation group were treated with the combination of olstamivir and acetaminophen granules.The time of improvement of clinical symptoms,the adverse reactions and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The treatment of infantile influenza with paracetamol HuangnaMin granule combined with oseltamivir is effective in shortening the time of fever,fatigue,pharynx pain and cough disappearance,reducing the incidence of adverse reactions in children and promoting the prognosis of children.
