摘 要:目的比较微型钢板与微型指骨外固定支架治疗掌骨头关节内骨折的效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年12月某医院收治的60例掌骨头关节内骨折患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案将其分为两组,其中29例行微型钢板治疗患者为对照组,31例行微型指骨外固定支架治疗患者为研究组。随访6个月,对比两组患者的临床疗效、并发症情况,以及骨折愈合时间。结果两组临床治疗总有效率对比,研究组为96.77%,较对照组72.41%更高(P<0.01)。研究组骨折愈合时间为(7.0±1.2)周,较对照组(10.2±1.3)周更短,(P<0.01)。研究组并发症的发生率为3.23%,较对照组的24.14%更低,(P<0.05)。结论与微型钢板相比,微型指骨外固定支架治疗掌骨头关节内骨折的效果与安全性更为理想,且加快了骨折愈合速度,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the effects of mini-plate and micro-phalangeal external fixation in the treatment of intra-articular fractures of the metacarpal head.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with intra-articular fractures of the metacarpal head treated in a hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment schedules,they were divided into a control group of 29 patients who were treated with mini-plate,and a trial group of 31 patients who underwent micro-phalangeal external fixation.After 6 months of follow-up,the clinical efficacy,complications,and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the trial group was 96.77%,which was higher than that of the control group(72.41%,P<0.01).The fracture healing time of the trial group was(7.0±1.2)weeks,which was shorter than that of the control group[(10.2±1.3)weeks,P<0.01].The incidence of complications in the study group was 3.23%,which was lower than that in the control group(24.14%,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with microplates,the effect of micro-phalangeal external fixation in the treatment of intra-articular fractures of the metacarpal head is more ideal,and it can accelerates the fracture healing rate,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
