摘 要:目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清中人组织激肽释放酶结合蛋白(KS)水平及其与肥胖的相关性。方法选择42例PCOS患者作为PCOS组、46例月经正常的育龄期妇女作为对照组,比较2组的血清KS水平及其与胆固醇等脂代谢指标的相关性。结果PCOS组BMI、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、LDL-C、血清KS水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。PCOS组中血清KS水平与肥胖代谢相关生化指标均呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论血清KS水平与脂代谢相关指标密切相关,提示代谢紊乱与KS共同促进PCOS的发生。Objective To evaluate the serum kallistatin(KS)level in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and investigate its correlation with obesity.Method Forty-two patients with PCOS(PCOS group)and 46 health controls(control group)were enrolled in this study.The serum KS level was statistically compared between two groups,and its correlation with alternative lipid metabolism-related biomarkers was analyzed.Results In the PCOS group,the body mass index(BMI),total cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL-C and serum KS level were significantly higher compared with those in the control group(all P<0.05).In the PCOS group,the serum KS level was positively correlated with lipid metabolism-related biomarkers(all P<0.05).Conclusion The serum KS level is intimately associated with lipid metabolism-related biomarkers,prompting that KS and lipid metabolism disorder collectively contribute to the incidence of PCOS.
