摘　　要：《真西游记》是南社作家胡寄尘唯一一部长篇小说,其文体性质复杂,兼有佛学、史学、文学三重文化价值。从文学角度来看,这是中国现代唯一一部《西游记》反续书,为《西游记》的现代研究提供了正向参照与逆向思考;同时,它又因多层叙述人设置、"假托故事"与"故事套故事"的编排方法以及"真幻"结合的叙述方式,开启了中国小说从古典向现代过渡时期较早的一次自觉性叙事变革尝试,最终成为胡氏小说的集大成者。True Journey to the West is Hu Jichen’s only full-length novel,a writer of Nanshe,which has complicated stylistic nature and triple cultural values:Buddhism,history and literature.From a literary point of view,it is a counter-renewal to Journey to the West,which could provide forward and reverse reference for the modern study of Journey to the West.Meanwhile,in view of its fake stories and story-within-story method of layout,multi-level settings of narrator,and its real-virtual method of narration,this novel turns on the earliest conscious narrative attempt for Chinese novel to transit from the classical to the modern style,and ultimately becomes the culmination of Hu Jichen?s novels.
