鼻内窥镜下对鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉手术治疗的研究

摘　　要：目的分析鼻内窥镜下鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉手术治疗的效果观察及并发症发生率影响。方法以医院2016年1月—2018年1月收治的98例鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者作为研究对象,借助双盲随机抽样法分为对照组、研究组,每组纳入49例,对照组给予传统手术治疗,研究组予以鼻内窥镜下鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉手术治疗,评定2组的临床疗效、并发症及炎症因子。结果研究组相较于对照组的炎症因子低,P<0.05;研究组(95.92%)较对照组(79.59%)临床疗效高;研究组(2.04%)较对照组的并发症发生率(16.33%)低,P<0.05。结论鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者予以鼻内窥镜下鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉手术治疗优势显著。Objective To analyze the effect of surgical treatment of nasal sinusitis with nasal polyps and the incidence of complications.Methods Ninety-eight patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control and study groups by double-blind random sampling.Each group was included in 49 cases.Traditional surgical treatment was given.The study group underwent endoscopic sinusitis with nasal polyps and evaluated the clinical efficacy,complications and inflammatory factors of the two groups.Results The inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The clinical group(95.92%)had higher clinical efficacy than the control group(79.59%).The complication rate of the study group(2.04%)compared with the control group(16.33%)low,P<0.05.Conclusion Patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps have significant advantages in the treatment of nasal endoscopic sinusitis with nasal polyps.
