脑瘫患儿应用头针益智康复疗法的意义探析

摘　　要：目的探讨脑瘫患儿应用头针益智康复疗法的意义。方法收集医院90例2017年1月—2018年1月脑瘫患儿,随机分组,常规方法治疗组(n=45)予以常规方法治疗,头针益智康复疗法辅助治疗组(n=45)则予以常规方法联合头针益智康复疗法治疗。比较两组临床疗效;症状改善的时间;治疗前后患儿DQ评分、中医症状评分;不良反应。结果头针益智康复疗法辅助治疗组总临床疗效高于常规方法治疗组,P<0.05;头针益智康复疗法辅助治疗组症状改善的时间优于常规方法治疗组,P<0.05;治疗前两组DQ评分、中医症状评分差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后头针益智康复疗法辅助治疗组DQ评分、中医症状评分优于常规方法治疗组,P<0.05。两组均未出现不良反应。结论常规方法联合头针益智康复疗法治疗脑瘫的临床疗效确切,可更好改善脑瘫患儿临床症状。Objective To explore the significance of the application of scalp acupuncture rehabilitation therapy in children with cerebral palsy.Methods 90 children with cerebral palsy from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were collected.Randomly grouped,the conventional method treatment group(n=45)was treated with conventional methods,and the scalp acupuncture rehabilitation therapy adjuvant treatment group(n=45)was treated with conventional methods combined with scalp acupuncture rehabilitation therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared;the time of symptom improvement;the DQ score of the children before and after treatment,the score of TCM symptoms;adverse reactions.Results The clinical efficacy of the scalp acupuncture rehabilitation therapy group was higher than that of the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The time of symptom improvement of the scalp acupuncture rehabilitation therapy group was better than that of the conventional treatment group,P<0.05;before treatment There was no significant difference between the two groups in DQ score and TCM symptom score,P>0.05.After treatment,the DQ score and TCM symptom score of the scalp acupuncture rehabilitation therapy group were better than the conventional method group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion The conventional method combined with scalp acupuncture rehabilitation therapy for the treatment of cerebral palsy has a definite clinical effect,which can better improve the clinical symptoms of children with cerebral palsy.
