摘  要:研究了一种空气-基板界面处基于范德华力与压电振动的微物体抓取与释放方法。利用微操控探针与被操控样品间的力,该方法能有效抓取海藻细胞、花粉、玻璃纤维、微铜线以及石墨烯微片等微米物体。通过移动微操控探针,可将被控样品通过任意三维路径移动到所需位置,并利用控制微操控探针的超声振动来释放被捕捉的微物体。实验表明,释放特性与被操控样品参数、振动速度无关,主要取决于微操控探针与基板间距离。A strategy was proposed to pick up and release single micro objects in air on a substrate based on the Van der Waals force and piezoelectric vibration.Chlorella cells,pollens,glass fibers,micro copper wires and graphene sheets can be successfully picked up by the Van der Waals force between a micro manipulation probe(MMP)and captured sample,and transported through an arbitrary three-dimensional path.The captured sample can be controllably released by ul trasonically excited the MMP.The experimental results show that the release characteristics are independent of the parameters of the manipulated sample and vibration velocity,and mainly depend on the distance between the MMP and the substrate.
