摘　　要：我国研究生招生制度、培养模式日趋成熟,但问题依然突出,如:招生考试模式僵化、录取标准单一、培养方式机械化等等。高校作为研究生招生和培养的主要单位,承载着为国家输送高层次科研人员的重任。因而,在研究生招生和培养模式上进行改革成为高校研究生教育迫在眉睫的议题。为此,应该扩大高校自主招生的权利、建立多元化的录取标准、丰富培养模式,不断完善研究生教育机制。The enrollment system of the postgraduates in China is becoming more and more mature,but the problems are still outstanding,such as the rigidity of the enrollment examination model,the single criteria of the admission,the mechanization of the cultivation model,and so on.As the main place of the enrollment and training of graduate students,university carries the heavy task of cultivating high-level scientific researchers for the state.Therefore,the reform in the enrollment and training of graduate students has become an urgent issue in the postgraduate education of universities.To this end,we should enlarge the right of self-enrollment of the universities,set up diversified acceptance criteria,enrich the training model,and improve the post-graduate education mechanism.
