摘　　要：围绕大学生创新能力培养的目标,在学生发展的过程中,充分调动学校及社会资源,实现全员、全方位、全要素、全周期创新能力培养;以创新成果、创新榜样反哺创新能力培养实践,构建以创新实践为基础的大学生创新能力培养生态系统。This paper puts forward that we should focus on the goal of cultivating college students'innovative ability,fully mobilize the school and social resources in the process of students'development,to realize the cultivation of all-staff,all-directional,all-element and whole-cycle innovation ability.At the same time,we cultivate students'innovative ability with the innovation achievement and the innovation examples,and construct the ecosystem of cultivating the innovative ability of college students based on the innovation practice.
