摘　　要：该文以培养学生四种关键能力为出发点,探讨了师徒制度对现代本科技能型教学的助力,并在人文关怀和时间管理方面对教师提出了三点建议。This paper takes the cultivation of students'four key abilities as the starting point,discusses the help of master and apprentice system to modern undergraduate skill courses teaching,and puts forward three suggestions to teachers in the aspects of humanistic care and time management.
