医工结合,让学生在“创”中学,促学生全面成才——上海某医学院校学生科创工作案例

摘　　要：教育部印发《关于深化本科教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的意见》,要求让"学生忙起来、教师强起来、管理严起来、效果实起来"。在教学中如何调动学生的积极性,让学生真正地忙起来,效果实起来?为此,在医学院校,探索医工结合的学生科创队伍组合模式,鼓励学生积极参加科创实践,拓展对专业知识广度和深度的钻研学习。The Ministry of Education issued"The Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Undergraduate Education and Teaching to Comprehensively Improve the Quality of Personnel Training",which requires that students should be busier,teachers should be more qualified,school management should be stricter,and the teaching effectiveness should be better.So,in medical colleges and universities,we explore the combination model of medical and engineering students'scientific innovation team,encourage students to actively participate in scientific innovation practice,and expand the breadth and depth of professional knowledge.
