摘　　要：目的为帮助输血实验室准确鉴定不规则抗体和稀有血型,避免输血反应的发生,建立了不规则抗体阳性和稀有血型样本练习库。方法对样本做血型、不规则抗体筛选和鉴定。结果检出了ABO、Rh、MNSs、Leawis、P、kell、Duffy等系统的血型及其特异性抗体,并将样本置于室温或冰冻保存,记录结果,按照时间或抗体特异性,录入微机系统建成数据库。结论建立的样本库,结果可靠,具有可持续性,部分样本已用于全省血型室间质控,效果良好。Objective In order to help the transfusion laboratory to identify irregular antibody and rare blood group accurately and to avoid the occurrence of blood transfusion reaction,an irregular antibody positive and rare blood group sample bank was set up.Methods Blood type,irregular antibody screening and identification were performed on the samples.Results The blood types and specific antibodies of ABO,Rh,MNS,Leawais,P,kell and Duffy were detected.The samples were stored at room temperature or frozen,and the results were recorded.Conclusion The results are reliable and sustainable,and some samples have been used in the quality control of blood group in the whole province,and showed well results.
