探讨复方血栓通胶囊联合倍他洛尔治疗青光眼的疗效及对患者血液流变学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方血栓通胶囊联合倍他洛尔治疗青光眼的疗效,同时分析患者血液流变学指标。方法纳入2018年05月~2019年09月接收的78例青光眼患者,随机平均分为2组,对照组39例采纳倍他洛尔治疗,观察组39例采纳复方血栓通胶囊联合倍他洛尔治疗,分析两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组有效率(97.44%)明显较对照组(84.62%)更高,对比差异显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对青光眼患者开展倍他洛尔联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗方案,充分发挥其协同作用,具有较高的安全性,效果显著。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with betalol in the treatment of glaucoma,and to analyze the hemorheology indexes of the patients.Methods 78 cases of glaucoma received from May 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in the control group were treated with betalol,39 cases in the observation group were treated with compound Xueshuantong capsule and betalol,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The effective rate of the observation group(97.44%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.62%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Betalol combined with compound Xueshuantong capsule is safe and effective in the treatment of glaucoma.
