稳心颗粒联合β-受体阻滞剂治疗心血管神经症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察稳心颗粒联合β-受体阻滞剂治疗心血管神经症的临床效果。方法纳入病例是2018年11月~2019年11月收治的74例心血管神经症患者,随机平均分为2组,对照组37例采纳对症治疗,观察组37例采纳稳心颗粒联合β-受体阻滞剂治疗,分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗效果、治疗4周和8周评分明显优于对照组,对比差异显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心血管神经症患者中应用稳心颗粒联合β-受体阻滞剂治疗方案,有助于改善患者骨质血供,充分发挥协同作用,具有较高的安全性。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenxin Granule Combined withβ-receptor blocker in the treatment of cardiovascular neurosis.Methods 74 patients with cardiovascular neurosis admitted from November 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,37 in the control group and 37 in the observation group.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The treatment effect and the scores of 4 and 8 weeks in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Wenxin Granule Combined withβ-receptor blocker in the treatment of cardiovascular neurosis is helpful to improve the bone blood supply of patients,give full play to the synergistic effect,and has high safety.
