基于区间直觉模糊集的应急物流供应商综合评价

摘　　要：在重大突发性公共卫生事件下,合理地选择应急物流供应商能将医疗和民生物资尽快送达,并降低灾害损失。针对应急物流具有不确定性等特点,将专家的判断信息用区间直觉模糊数来表达,用专家们的群体决策综合量化影响应急物流供应商评价的指标;用MYCIN不确定因子和灰色关联分析法帮助挖掘和融合所给信息进行证据推理决策,并根据实质确定性因子最大化原则对应急物流供应商进行排序和优选,算例表明该方法是可行、有效的。In the case of major sudden public health events,reasonable selection of emergency logisticssupplierscan deliver medical and livelihood supplies as soon as possible and reduce disaster losses.In view of the uncertainty of emergency logistics,the judgment information of experts is expressed by interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers,and the evaluation index of emergency logistics suppliers is comprehensively quantified by group decision of experts,MYCIN uncertainty factor and grey correlation analysis method are used to help mining and fusing the given information for evidential reasoning and decision-making,and then the best emergency logistics supplier can beselectedaccording to the principle of substantial certainty factor maximization.The results showthat this method is feasible and effective.
