摘  要:目的分析健康教育对骨质疏松性骨折患者生活方式及生存质量的影响。方法选择我院于2018年8月至2019年6月收治的骨质疏松性骨折患者100例,将患者按照数字随机法分配为参照组和研究组,每组50例,参照组实施常规护理方式,研究组在常规护理方基础上增加健康教育,比较两种护理方式的临床应用效果。结果在实施常规护理方式的基础上增加健康教育的研究组,患者恢复效果、心理状态、及生活质量均优于单纯应用常规护理方式的参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨质疏松性骨折患者采用常规护理干预配合健康教育,能够有效提高患者对疾病知识的了解,进而提高患者自我保健能力,是改善骨质疏松骨折临床症状的有效手段,对其生存质量的提升有积极意义。Objective To analyze the influence of health education on lifestyle and quality of life of patients with osteoporotic fracture.Methods 100 patients with osteoporotic fracture in our hospital from August 2018 to June 2019 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a research group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional routine nursing while the research group was given health education combined with routine nursing,so as to compare the clinical application effect of the two nursing methods.Results In the study group that was given health education combined with routine nursing,the recovery effect,psychological state and quality of life were significantly better than the conventional nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional nursing intervention combined with health education can effectively improve patients′ understanding of disease knowledge and improve patients′ self-care ability for osteoporotic fracture patients,which is an effective means to improve the clinical symptoms of osteoporotic fracture and has positive significance for the improvement of their quality of life.
