摘  要:目的:探讨整合课程教学模式应用于本科“临床麻醉学”教学中的教学效果。方法:选择本科临床麻醉学医学生共80人为研究对象,按照学号随机分为整合课程教学模式组和传统教学模式组,每组40人。本科“临床麻醉学”教学结束后,通过分析基础理论知识和实际操作技能的考试得分,以及发放问卷调查对比两组的教学效果。结果:整合课程教学模式组本科生基础理论知识和实际操作技能的考核结果优于传统教学模式组(t=2.00,P=0.049;t=3.39,P=0.001)。对于整合课程教学模式组的学生进行问卷调查发现,学生对教学满意度≥70%。结论:本科“临床麻醉学”整合课程教学构建与实施,有效提高了课堂教学效果。Objective:To explore the teaching effect of the integrated course teaching mode in the teaching of anesthesiology.Methods:A total of 80 undergraduate anesthesiology medical students were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into integrated course teaching mode group and traditional course teaching mode group,according to the student number,with 40 students in each group.After finishing the teaching of“clinical anesthesiology”,the teaching effect of the two groups were compared by analyzing the test scores of basic theoretical knowledge and practical skills,and issuing questionnaires.Results:The results of assessment of basic theoretical knowledge and practical skills of undergraduates in integrated course teaching mode group were better than those in traditional course teaching mode group(t=2.00,P=0.049;t=3.39,P=0.001).The students'satisfaction degree with teaching was≥70%.Conclusion:The teaching construction and implementation of the integrated course of“clinical anesthesiology”has improved the effect of the teaching classroom effectively.
