摘 要:电子化合物C12A7:e^-因其具备较低的功函数以及在室温下良好的稳定性而在阴极材料的选择中具有巨大潜力。采用铝热法固相合成C12A7:e^-具有制备方法简单、产物纯度高的特点。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、紫外-可见-近红外光谱仪和超高真空测试平台分别对其物相组成、微观形貌、漫反射吸收特性和热发射性能进行了表征。结果表明,不同铝粉含量的掺入对C12A7:e^-的合成以及热发射性能有较大影响。在1150℃的烧结温度下5%的铝粉含量的掺入就可以直接一步合成C12A7:e^-;铝粉含量为10%的样品在温度为1250℃、电场强度为9100 V/cm时热发射电流密度为0.23 A/cm2,其电子浓度为1.45×10^21 cm^-3,功函数为2.17 eV。The electride C12 A7:e^-has great potential in the selection of cathode materials due to its low work function and good stability at room temperature.Solid-phase synthesis of C12 A7:e^-by aluminothermic method has the characteristics of simple preparation method and high product purity.The phase composition,micromorphology,diffuse reflection absorption and thermionic emission properties were characterized by X-ray diffractometry,scanning electron microscopy,UV-Vis-NIR spectrometer and ultra-high vacuum test platform.The results show that the incorporation of different aluminum powders has a great influence on the synthesis and thermionic emission properties of C12 A7:e^-.At a sintering temperature of 1150℃,the incorporation of 5%aluminum powder can directly synthesize C12 A7:e^-;the sample with 10%aluminum powder has a great thermionic emission at a temperature of 1250℃and an electric field strength of 9100 V/cm.The current density was 0.23 A/cm2,the electron concentration was 1.45×10^21 cm^-3,and the work function was 2.17 eV.
