摘  要:以12份高粱杂交种作为试验材料,采用150 mmol·L-1的NaCl溶液进行胁迫处理,于人工气候箱内进行培养,测定发芽率、芽长、根长等相关萌发指标。利用隶属函数法及主成分分析法进行耐盐性分析,旨在对高粱杂交品种的耐盐性进行鉴定与评价。结果表明,龙米粱1号和锦杂106的相对发芽率和相对发芽势等各项指标均表现较好,表现出较强的耐盐特性。辽粘3号各项指标相对值均较小,耐盐性较弱。主成分分析结果表明,发芽率、根干重和芽干重在3个主成分中载荷较大,可以作为高粱萌发期耐盐性评价的指标。In this study,twelve sorghum hybrids cultured in artificial climate chamber were used as experimental materials to investigate the charateristics of germination rate,bud length and root length under NaCl stress with 150 mmol·L-1 concentration.And the salt tolerance of sorghum hybrids were analyzed based on membership function analysis(MFA)and principal component analysis(PCA),which aimed to identify and evaluate the salt tolerance of sorghum hybrids.The results showed that the relative germination rate and relative germination potential of Longmiliang 1 and Jinza 106 were superior to other varieties and both of them showed stronger salt tolerance.However,the relative values of all indexes of Liaonian 3 were smaller,which indicated the poor salt tolerance.The results of PCA showed that germination rate,root dry weight and bud dry weight had a larger cumulative contribution rate in the all principal components,which the three could be used as indexes to evaluate the salt tolerance of sorghum during germination.
