摘 要:为阐明黑龙江省有色稻资源的遗传基础,为有色稻资源的有效利用及育种的亲本组配提供参考,利用58对SSR(Simple Sequence Repeats)引物对黑龙江省41份有色水稻资源和1份云南有色籼稻资源进行遗传多样性分析。共检测出等位基因224个,平均每对引物检测出3.86个。SSR位点的遗传多态性信息含量(PIC,polymorphic information content)在0.0454~0.3744之间,平均值为0.1443,基因多样性值为0.1617。不加权成对群算术平均数方法(UPGMA,Unweight pair group method using arithmetic averages)聚类分析结果显示,所选用的42个有色稻米品种的遗传相似性系数在0.21处可以分为两大类,在0.53处可以分为三大类,供试品种间相似系数大部分在0.70以上,最高可达0.95。结果表明,选用的41个黑龙江省有色稻米品种总体的遗传多样性差异较小,遗传背景大体相似,说明黑龙江有色稻米的遗传基础较为狭窄,在育种工作中应该注意加强资源创新,扩大黑龙江省有色稻米的种质资源库。In order to clarify the genetic basis of colored rice germplasm resources in Heilongjiang province and provide reference for the effective utilization of colored rice resources and the parental combination of breeding,genetic diversity analysis was conducted by using 58 simple sequence repeats(SSR)primers for 41 coloured rice resources from Heilongjiang province and 1 coloured indica rice resource from Yunnan province.The results showed that a total of 224 alleles were detected and an average of 3.86 were detected per pair of primers.The polymorphic information content(PIC)of SSR loci was in between 0.0454-0.3744,with a mean value of 0.1443 and genetic diversity value of 0.1617.Further,Cluster analysis based on unweight pair group method using arithmetic averages(UPGMA)showed that the selected 42 colored rice varieties could be divided into two categories at the genetic similarity coefficient being 0.21 while these rice varieties could be divided into three categories at the genetic similarity coefficient being 0.53.The similarity coefficient between the most of tested varieties was above 0.70 and up to 0.95.In brief,the results showed that the genetic diversity of the 41 selected colored rice varieties in Heilongjiang province was small and the genetic background was similar,indicating that the genetic basis of colored rice in Heilongjiang province was relatively narrow,so attention should be paid to strengthening resource innovation in breeding and expanding the germplasm resource pool of colored rice in Heilongjiang province.
