摘 要:为研究蜂糖李及其授粉品种花粉萌发率的影响因素,以蜂糖李、空心李、四月李、A 1、A 34、A 36的花粉为材料,研究蔗糖、硼酸和钙离子对花粉萌发率的影响。结果表明,6种李最适的花粉萌发培养基组分为:10%蔗糖,0.02%硼酸,0.01%氯化钙。蜂糖李、空心李、四月李、A 1、A 34、A 36花粉萌发率分别可达16.34%、40.95%、57.36%、32.55%、11.21%、18.38%。生产上可以用10%蔗糖+0.02%硼酸+0.01%钙盐的混合液作为初步参考,在花期喷施促进蜂糖李坐果。可初步选用空心李和四月李作为蜂糖李的授粉品种。In order to investigate the effects of different factors on pollen germination rate of Prunus humilis variety Fengtangli and its pollinating varieties,the effects of sucrose,boric acid and calcium ions on pollen germination rate were studied by using the pollens of different P.humilis varieties including Fengtangli,Kongxinli,Siyueli,A 1,A 34 and A 36 as materials.The results showed that the optimum medium for pollen germination of the six P.humilis varieties was 10%sucrose,0.02%boric acid and 0.01%calcium chloride and the pollen germination rate of Fengtangli,Kongxinli,Siyueli,A 1,A 34 and A 36 was 16.34%,40.95%,57.36%,32.55%,11.21%and 18.38%respectively.In production,the mixture solution contianed 10%sucrose,0.02%boric acid and 0.01%calcium could be used as a preliminary reference to promote the fruiting of P.humilis during flowering.Further,the varieties Kongxinli and Siyueli could be initially selected as pollinators of Fengtangli.
