摘  要:文章研究利用气相色谱质谱法对HJ1023-2019中土壤敌敌畏和乐果的测定方法进行了验证。结果表明,敌敌畏和乐果在0~100μg/mL内线性结果良好,相关系数均≥0.990。实验室测定土壤敌敌畏检出限为0.2 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为6.9%~10.2%,加标回收率为77.0%~93.0%;乐果检出限为0.3mg/kg,相对标准偏差为4.6%~8.3%,加标回收率为85.3%~93.6%,符合标准要求。结果确认实验室具备检测土壤敌敌畏和乐果的能力。The method for the determination of dichlorvos and dimethoate in soil from HJ1023-2019 was validated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.It turns out that the linear results of dichlorvos and dimethoate were good in the range of 0~100μg/ml,the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.990.The detection limit of dichlorvos in soil was 0.2 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation were 6.9%~10.2%,the recovery rate were 77.0%~93.0%;the detection limit of dimethoate was 0.3 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation were 4.6%~8.3%,the recovery rate were 85.3%~93.6%,which were complianced with standard requirements.It was confirmed that the laboratory had the ability to detect dichlorvos and dimethoate in soil.
