摘 要:对测定水中铅的原子荧光法和ICP-MS法进行了对比分析。通过标准曲线、方法检出限、精密度、准确度的测定对比,结果表明,原子荧光法标准曲线在0~50μg/L内线性良好,相关系数为0.9995,检出限为0.06μg/L,精密度为1.44%~3.83%,实际样品加标回收率为92.0%~104%;ICPMS法标准曲线在0~100μg/L内线性良好,相关系数为1.0000,检出限为0.02μg/L,精密度为1.02%~3.67%,实际加标回收率为95.0%~106%。This article compared and analyzed the two kinds of determination methods of total mercury in soil,through results of the detection limit,precision,accuracy and the recovery of standard addition.The results showed that the standard curve has good linearity in the range of 0-50μg/L,while the detection limit was 0.06μg/L,the precisoin was 1.44%~3.83%,the recovery of standard addition was 92.0%~104%by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry.The standard curve has good linearity in the range of 0~100μg/L,while the detection limit was 0.02μg/L,the precisoin was 1.02%~3.67%,the recovery of standard addition was 95.0%~106%by Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).
