雷火灸结合缪刺治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效探究

摘　　要：目的:探讨雷火灸结合缪刺治疗膝骨性关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)的疗效。方法:选择2016年1月-2019年6月我院门诊收治的50例膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机对照分组法分为两组,各25例。对照组采用传统患侧腧穴针刺配合电针治疗,观察组采用缪刺法、雷火灸结合治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后关节活动度及疼痛程度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后关节活动度评分高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸配合缪刺治疗膝骨性关节炎能有效提高患者关节活动度,减轻患者疼痛,提高治疗效果。Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Lei Huo moxibustion(雷火灸)plus the contralateral acupuncture therapy on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From January 2016 to June 2019,50 cases were divided into 2 groups,25 cases in each.The control group was given acupuncture at acupoints on the affected side plus electroacupuncture,and the observation group was given the Lei Huo moxibustion plus the contralateral acupuncture therapy.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group is higher than that in the control group.After treatment,the joint activity score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the pain score was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Lei Huo moxibustion plus the contralateral acupuncture therapy on knee osteoarthritis shows good effects,can effectively improve joint mobility,reduce pain.
