摘　　要：血管性痴呆(Vasculer dementia,VD)是老年期痴呆的主要类型之一,也是目前唯一可以防治的痴呆,但其具体发病机制尚未完全阐明。随着人口老龄化程度日益加剧,进行血管性痴呆研究具有极其重要的现实意义。本文将从中医证型与现代医学临床分型角度来对比现有VD造模方法优劣,旨在让实验研究更契合临床需要,从而为预防和治疗该疾病提供参考资料。Vascular dementia is one of the main types of senile dementia,and currently the only dementia that can be prevented,but its specific pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated.With the increasing aging of the population,the research on vascular dementia shows extremely important practicul significance.The advantages and disadvantages of existing VD modeling methods from the perspectives of TCM syndromes and clinical classification of modern medicine were compared,to make experimental research more suitable for clinical needs,and provide reference materials for the prevention and treatment of the disease.
