摘  要:目的:探讨全真一气汤影响慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Lung Diseases,COPD)大鼠呼吸肌功能的机制。方法:建立COPD大鼠模型,以全真一气汤干预后,实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检测肺组织骨骼肌肌动蛋白A1(ACTA1)表达水平的变化,Western blot检测肺组织中ACTA1蛋白水平的变化。结果:中药组较模型组ACTA1 mRNA表达上调,表达丰度分别为模型组的0.066;中药组较模型组ACTA1蛋白表达上调。结论:提示全真一气汤能通过下调ACTA1的表达及活化,调节COPD大鼠呼吸肌功能的机制。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the Quanzhen Yiqi decoction(全真一气汤)on respiratory muscle function in COPD rats.Methods:After intervention with the Quanzhen Yiqi decoction,real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was applied to detect changes in the expression level of LACTA in lung tissue,and Western blot was applied to detect changes in the level of ACTA1 protein in lung tissue.Results:In the TCM medicine group,mRNA was more up-regulated than the model group,and the expression abundance was 0.066 than the model group.In the TCM medicine group,ACTA1 was more up-regulated than the model group.Conclusion:The Quanzhen Yiqi decoction can regulate the mechanism of respiratory muscle function in COPD rats by down-regulating the expression and activation of ACTA1.
