运用子午流注中药热熨烫摩腹结合通便方预防功能性便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究应用子午流注中药热熨烫摩腹结合通便方预防功能性便秘的临床疗效分析。方法:选取2019年5-6月中山市中医院所有符合纳入标准的患者为干预组(40例)和对照组(40例),两个组的年龄段随机收治,达到随机分组的要求。对照组给予常规护理,干预组应用子午流注中药热熨烫摩腹护理结合通便方治疗,比较两组的患者发生便秘的例数、发生便秘者的排便困难,粪便性状,排便时间等便秘积分情况、患者生活质量以及血清去甲肾上腺素(Noradrenaline,NE)以及血清肾上腺素(Epinephrine,E)值。结果:经护理后,干预组以及对照组的总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组以及对照组的便秘发生率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的排便时间、大便性状、腹痛不适程度以及自发排便间隔时间评分,均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组的NE、E值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组的满意度、担忧、社会心理以及生理评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用子午流注中药热熨烫摩腹预防功能性便秘,有效降低便秘发生率,缩短排便时间,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate efficacy of TCM medicine hot ironing plus massage according to Ziwu Liuzhu(子午流注)plus the Tongbian prescription(通便方)on functional constipation.Methods:80 patients were divided into the intervention group and the control group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the intervention group was given TCM medicine hot ironing plus massage according to Ziwu Liuzhu plus the Tongbian prescription.Results:The total efficiency,incidence of constipation and comparison between the two group showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The defecation time,stool traits,abdominal pain discomfort and spontaneous defecation interval score,NE,E value,satisfaction,worry,social psychological and physiological scores in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM medicine hot ironing plus massage according to Ziwu Liuzhu(子午流注)plus the Tongbian prescription shows good effects,can effectively reduce the incidence of constipation,shorten the time of defecation,and has high clinical application value.
