中药敷贴、穴位注射预防支气管哮喘发作的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对中药敷贴、穴位注射预防支气管哮喘发作的疗效及安全性进行分析探讨。方法:以2017年1月-2018年12月在我院接受治疗的128例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,将其按照双盲法随机分为两组,对照组64例患者采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,持续2周。观察组采用中药敷贴联合穴位注射治疗,持续治疗2周,对比两组治疗有效率、治疗前后免疫指标及炎症因子水平变化。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。两组患者治疗后第一秒呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in one second,FEV1)及用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)水平均得到明显改善,且观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。两组患者治疗后白细胞介素-4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)、γ干扰素(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumour Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平均得到明显改善,且观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组治疗后临床症状评分显著低于对照组,CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对支气管哮喘患者采用中药敷贴联合穴位注射治疗,能够有效缓解患者的炎症水平,降低哮喘的发作频率,改善患者肺功能,提高治疗效果,改善患者的健康与生活质量,值得临床应用推广。Objective:To study the clinical effect of TCM medicine plaster and acupoint injection on bronchial asthma.Methods:128 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated by salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation,and the experimental group was treated by TCM medicine plaster and acupoint injection.Results:The clinical effective rate in the experimental group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.The FVC and FEV1 were improved after treatment,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The IL-4,IFN-γ and TNF-α in groups after treatment were improved,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The symptom score in the experimental group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score in the experimental group after treatment was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM medicine plaster and acupoint injection in preventing bronchial asthma can relieve the irritation,improve the pulmonary function,reduce the frequency of asthma attacks,increase the clinical effect,improve the health and living quality,and is worthy of clinical application.
