针刺五泉穴联合强制性诱导语言疗法对中风后运动性失语症患者功能性语言沟通能力评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺五泉穴联合强制性诱导语言疗法对中风后运动性失语症患者中国式功能性语言沟通能力检查法(CFCP)评分的影响。方法:选取2016年2月-2019年2月我院中风后运动性失语症患者70例,依照随机数字表法分为观察组(35例)、对照组(35例)。对照组采用常规语言康复训练,观察组于对照组基础上予以针刺五泉穴联合强制性诱导语言疗法。比较两组疗效、治疗前后构音清晰度、治疗前、治疗1周及治疗3周CFCP评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为88.57%(31/35),高于对照组的65.71%(23/35)(P<0.05);治疗后观察组构音清晰度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1周、治疗3周观察组CFCP评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺五泉穴联合强制性诱导语言疗法治疗中风后运动性失语症患者效果显著,能恢复患者言语功能,提高日常生活语言沟通能力。Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture at the Wuquan(五泉)acupoints and compulsory induced language therapy on CFCP scores in patients with post-stroke motor aphasia.Methods:70 cases were selected and divided into the observation group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The control group received regular language rehabilitation training,and the observation group received acupuncture at the Wuquan points plus mandatory induction language therapy more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Articulation clarity in the observation group was better(P<0.05).The CFCP score in the observation group was higher than the control group after 1 week and 3 weeks(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at Wuquan points plus compulsory induction language therapy is effective,can restore the speech function and improve the language communication ability in daily life.
