脾胃培元散治疗老年重症肺炎患者胃肠功能障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察脾胃培元散对老年重症肺炎患者胃肠功能障碍的治疗效果。方法:选择本院重症医学科的诊断为重症肺炎老年患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组30例。治疗组在常规综合治疗基础上,加用脾胃培元散热敷神阙穴,比较两组患者的治疗前后急性心理学与慢性健康状况评分系统(APACHE-Ⅱ)评分、胃肠功能障碍严重程度评分、血清白蛋白(Albumin,ALB)、前白蛋白(Prealbumin,PA)、胃肠D-乳酸,血浆二胺氧化酶(Diamine Oxidase,DAO)水平的变化,明确脾胃培元散对老年重症肺炎患者胃肠功能障碍的作用机理。结果:治疗组患者APACHE-Ⅱ评分、胃肠功能障碍严重程度评分、胃肠D-乳酸、DAO水平低于对照组(P<0.05),ALB、PA水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在西医治疗基础上,加用脾胃培元散热敷神阙穴治疗课改善老年重症肺炎患者的胃肠道功能,促进胃肠功能恢复,减轻病情严重程度。Objective:To observe the effect of the Piwei Peiyuan powder(脾胃培元散)on gastrointestinal dysfunction in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,30 cases in each.The treatment group was given conventional comprehensive treatment and heat compress Shenque(神阙)point with the Piwei Peiyuan powder.Results:APACHE-Ⅱ score,the severity score of gastrointestinal dysfunction,gastrointestinal D-lactic acid and DAO levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and ALB and PA levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Western medicine with heat compress Shenque point with the Piwei Peiyuan powder can improve the gastrointestinal function in elderly patients with severe pneumonia,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the severity of the disease.
