组合式膏药贴联合腹部按摩在胸腰椎骨折后预防便秘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究膏药贴联合腹部按摩在胸腰椎骨折后预防便秘的效果。方法:挑选2017年9月-2019年3月我院收治的60例胸腰椎骨折患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,各组30例。观察组接受穴位贴敷和腹部按摩护理,对照组采取常规护理。对比两组效果。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组患者排便顺畅、稀软、干燥结节远低于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组的Wexner便秘(Wexner Continence Grading Scale)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹部按摩联合贴敷疗法治疗胸腰椎骨折后便秘,效果突出。Objective:To observe the prevention effect of sticking combined with abdominal massage for prevention of constipation after thoracolumbar fractures in patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients with constipation after thoracolumbar fractures were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,30 cases in each.Patients in the control group used conventional care,while patients in observation group underwent abdominal massage and sticking therapy treatment.Results:After treatment,the proportions of defecation and carefree,laborious and soft in observation group were lower than the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The score of Wexner constipation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sticking therapy combined with abdominal massage has good effects on constipation in patients with thoracolumbar fractures.
